Aperture Partners is working with an international law firm in sourcing a Tax Lawyer, for their Dublin office.
 

Role Requirements

This international team comprises tax lawyers drawn from leading Irish and UK law firms.

This global department have extensive experience advising domestic and international corporations and financial institutions on all aspects of Irish tax.

Their particular areas of expertise include:

• Financial services: advising clients in the financial services sector (including private equity providers, asset managers, administrators, banks and other financial institutions) on a range of transactions, including capital markets transactions, distressed asset acquisitions and disposals, securitisations, direct lending, investment funds work and aviation and shipping matters;
• General corporate tax: advising on the Irish tax aspects of domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, corporate migrations, inward investment and domestic and global restructurings;
• International tax: advising on cross-border transactions, international funding structures and, across our offices in the Cayman Islands, the British Virgin Islands, Bermuda and Ireland, on international tax reporting obligations (including FATCA and Common Reporting Standard (CRS)); and
• Real estate: advising on the Irish tax aspects of real estate transactions, including on the structuring of Irish and non-Irish real estate acquisitions and disposals.

Candidate Requirements

Candidates will be considered from NQ - 4 PQE level.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
