Senior Company Secretary

Role
Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing a Company Secretary with 5+ PQE, and funds exposure, for their Dublin office. This role will afford the successful candidate the opportunity to join the senior management team of the professional services offering, adding strategic input into the direction of all operations. The successful candidate will manage a small, but growing, personal staff and will be expected to take on a number of client directorships.
Role Requirements
- Acting as named Company Secretary.
- Advising on directors’ liabilities and obligations, shareholder rights.
- Advising on group reorganisations.
- Annual compliance and maintenance of statutory registers.
- Attendance at board meetings and minute-taking by chartered secretaries.
- Company formations and branch registrations.
- Mentoring Junior Company Secretaries.
- Provision of registered office facility.
- Voluntary strike off, members’ voluntary liquidation and restoration.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years Company Secretarial experience.
- ICSA qualified.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and proofing skills essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across the business, operations and suppliers at all levels of management.
- Excellent Minute taking ability.
- Highly organised individual with excellent personal time management skills.
- Team Leader experience.
- Team player with a willingness and ability to help others.
Role Remuneration
Salary: €80-100+ dependent on experience.
