About the Role:

Our client a leading global consulting firm currently has an opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join their Transformation team within the Management Consulting practice. This is a permanent opportunity, based in Dublin 1 or on client site when required.

The ideal candidate will have between 2-4 years’ experience who has previously worked as a business graduate/business analyst/process analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Become part of the design authority, understanding how a project fits in with the overall strategy.
• Getting involved in a range of business change projects, with a particular focus on organisational design, communications and stakeholder engagement.
• Presenting complex data and arguments in a way that is accessible to everyone, based on your strong written and oral communication skills.

Requirement:

• Experience of gathering, understanding and documenting business requirements and impact on existing processes, systems, data and people.
• Proven delivery track record in business analysis and business type initiatives such as operations excellence, continuous process improvement & cost reduction initiatives, roll-out of new tools or services, business requirements definition.
• Strong Programme & Project Management skills – PM certifications would be an advantage.
• 2-4 years’ experience in a professional services organisation or in a graduate programme within business.

This is a permanent contract offering c€50,000 with other competitive benefits including a bonus.
