Role

Our client is an international law firm whose employment lawyers operate across a full range of strategic and operational people issues including contracts, TUPE, restrictive covenants, people change projects, discrimination, equality and diversity, absence and performance management, disciplinary matters, settlement agreements, terminations, IT and data security, recruitment, retirement or being taken to an employment tribunal. 

Our client is currently seeking a Partner for their Dublin practice.

Role Requirements

The successful candidate will be responsible for advising on the full range of employment, equality and industrial relations issues, working collaboratively with other international practice groups, combining leading employment law expertise with strategic and commercial insights to create innovative, integrated solutions to HR issues.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an employment lawyer with 7+PQE from a leading Irish or international commercial law firm.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
