Role
Our client is an independent global provider of specialised fiduciary, fund administration, entity formation and management, insurance management and trust and private client services.
They are currently seeking a Paralegal to join their Cayman team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining entity related data and documents
- Developing client specific workflows and processes
- Track and ensure client service requests are completed in accordance with service level agreements
- Participate in ad hoc projects
- Provide training to colleagues on technical aspects of client mandates
Requirements:
- Ability to prioritise and balance a heavy workload
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Attention to detail, strong technical and communication skills are essential.
- Flexible (attend meetings with global clients in all time zones and potentially travel is also a requirement.
- Responsive and adaptable
- University graduate and have at least 8+ years relevant experience, preferably in a corporate secretarial or entity management role with in a legal or professional services firm with a private equity focus.
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
Role Remuneration
- Four weeks holiday (pro-rated for part years)

- Base salary US$85,000 to US$110,000
