Role

Our client is an independent global provider of specialised fiduciary, fund administration, entity formation and management, insurance management and trust and private client services.

They are currently seeking a Paralegal to join their Cayman team.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining entity related data and documents
  • Developing client specific workflows and processes
  • Track and ensure client service requests are completed in accordance with service level agreements
  • Participate in ad hoc projects
  • Provide training to colleagues on technical aspects of client mandates

Requirements:

  • Ability to prioritise and balance a heavy workload
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Attention to detail, strong technical and communication skills are essential.
  • Flexible (attend meetings with global clients in all time zones and potentially travel is also a requirement.
  • Responsive and adaptable
  • University graduate and have at least 8+ years relevant experience, preferably in a corporate secretarial or entity management role with in a legal or professional services firm with a private equity focus.
  • Work well under pressure to meet deadlines

Role Remuneration

  • Four weeks holiday (pro-rated for part years)

  • Base salary US$85,000 to US$110,000
