Role

Aperture Partners is working with one of Ireland’s leading law firms in sourcing NQ Investment Funds Lawyers.

Our client’s team are experts in all aspects of UCITS including structured UCITS, UCITS ETFs, money market funds, UCITS platforms, UCITS pursuing alternative or hedge fund strategies, traditional long only equity and bond funds. They have advised on alternative investment funds investing in pharmaceutical royalties, life settlements, property, currencies, commodities, bank loans, private equity, other hedge funds and on all hedge fund strategies including long/short, event driven, arbitrage, global macro, distressed debt and multi-strategy amongst others.  Their partners have advised numerous funds on transition to AIFMD.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in advising on matters relating to all types of asset classes and strategies, in particular UCITS and AIFs.

Responsibilities:

• drafting of constitutional and ancillary documents;
• drafting of offering documents;
• review of service provider agreements, to include depositary/custodian, investment management and administration agreements;
• production of KIIDs and/or other relevant marketing materials;
• advising on applicable governance, compliance and regulatory matters;
• liaison with regulatory authorities; and
• listing of funds.

NQ solicitor who wishes to specialise in Investment Funds Lawyer.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
