Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing NQ Aviation/Asset Finance lawyers for their Dublin office.

Role Requirements

Our clients banking/finance practice work on a wide variety of transactional work and is considered one of the leading global providers. The ideal candidate will have experience working individually and part of a team on a variety of financing transactions including:

• Cross-border finance transactions (CLOs, CDOs, ABS and MBS deals)
• Cross-border securitisations
• Debt capital markets transactions
• Debt offerings
• Management buy-out financings
• Structured products
• Syndicated loan

Candidate Requirements

• NQ solicitor who wishes to specialise in finance
• Ambitious and desire to progress with the firm
• An excellent academic track record
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent client facing skills

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary.
