Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing NQ Aviation & Asset Finance lawyers for their Dublin office.

Role Requirements

Our client specialises in all aspects of asset finance and leasing with a focus on the financing and leasing of aircraft, aircraft engines, helicopters and other heavy transportation assets (such as rolling stock and vessels).

Our clients’ asset finance team offers in relation to asset finance transactions on a global basis. They:

• apply an innovative and practical approach to ensure that deal structures are fully aligned with our clients’ commercial requirements.
• are consistently ranked in the top tier of all major ratings for our asset finance work.
• are familiar with the full range of structures used in asset finance and advise on their commercial implications.
• are familiar with the structuring of asset finance deals to marry with onshore tax and securities law considerations.
• have a team of specialist asset finance lawyers drawn mainly from the leading international firms with extensive experience in complex asset finance matters. We bring both onshore and offshore perspectives to asset finance deals.
• offer efficient and cost-effective turnaround of transactional documentation.

Our client advises on:

• acquisition and disposal of aviation assets;
• asset and receivables backed financings joint venture financings and tax enhanced structured financings; and
• establishment of aircraft, aircraft engines and helicopter leasing platforms in Ireland;
• financing and/or leasing of aviation assets through Irish special purpose vehicles (including orphan and lease-in lease-out structures);
• general banking and finance transactions, including secured and unsecured bilateral and syndicated lending, limited recourse financings and structured and leveraged financings.
• operating and finance leasing of aviation assets;
• pre-delivery payments financing;

Candidate Requirements

• NQ solicitor who wishes to specialise in Aviation & Asset Finance
• Ambitious and desire to progress with the firm
• An excellent academic track record
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent client facing skills

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary.
