Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing a litigation lawyer to join their team.

Our client is a leading international law firm. They provide legal global corporations, financial institutions, capital markets participants and investment fund managers. They advise domestic financial institutions, corporates and real estate developers on a wide range of Irish and International law and taxation matters.

Our client has an opportunity for a litigation lawyer to join their Irish practice. Working with a broad client base of Irish and international financial institutions. The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and keen to learn and will actively contribute to the growth of this rapidly expanding practice area.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in advising on matters relating to aspects of litigation, restructuring, insolvency, corporate recovery and dispute resolution.

Responsibilities

• Analyse risk and further develop sound judgement enabling the justification of decisions to clients internally and externally;
• Build working relationships internally and externally in order to develop business networks and create a solid understanding of the Firm’s direction and client needs.
• Develop increased levels of technical and commercial knowledge via training or supervised working practices;
• Prioritise work effectively and to maximise efficiency in working practices.
• Providing advice on contentious issues across all aspects of litigation, restructuring, insolvency, corporate recovery and dispute resolution.
• Understand client requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice;
• Understand individual role in the context of the practice group and pro-actively seek to contribute to increased efficiency in developing a case load appropriate to level of technical, legal knowledge; and

• Qualified solicitor 0-3 PQE

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
