Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing Investment Funds Lawyers.

Our clients team have one of the largest specialist investment funds teams worldwide, advise many of the world's most prominent asset managers, fund promoters and institutional investors and establish the full range of structures used in the market and advise on their commercial implications.

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in advising on matters relating to all types of asset classes and strategies, in particular UCITS and AIFs.

Responsibilities:

• drafting of constitutional and ancillary documents;
• drafting of offering documents;
• review of service provider agreements, to include depositary/custodian, investment management and administration agreements;
• production of KIIDs and/or other relevant marketing materials;
• advising on applicable governance, compliance and regulatory matters;
• liaison with regulatory authorities; and
• listing of funds.

Candidate Requirements

Commercially focused funds lawyers, 1-7 PQE, from a leading corporate law firm.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
