My client, an established top tier Law firm in Dublin, is currently recruiting for a new Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role, reporting to the Human Resources Director, will be responsible for managing a team of three staff with broad Generalist duties.

 

Responsibilities

  • Act as initial point of contact for all HR related queries for the firm
  • Look to work in an Advisory capacity to the HR team and the firm's partners regarding all HR issues that arise
  • Oversight and management of the HR function day to day, this will include, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, ER, etc.
  • Development and maintenance of HR policies, ensuring accuracy and relevancy to latest legislation and work practices
  • Provide guidance and support to the Talent team in hiring and staff retention
  • Work closely with the HR Director on strategic projects

Requirements

  • 7-10 years experience in Human Resources, team management experience in Professional Services type environment essential
  • Relevant third level qualification in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualified
  • Strong proficiency and previous experience in systems implementation
  • Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
