Job Details:
My client, an established top tier Law firm in Dublin, is currently recruiting for a new Human Resources Manager to join their team. This role, reporting to the Human Resources Director, will be responsible for managing a team of three staff with broad Generalist duties.
Responsibilities
- Act as initial point of contact for all HR related queries for the firm
- Look to work in an Advisory capacity to the HR team and the firm's partners regarding all HR issues that arise
- Oversight and management of the HR function day to day, this will include, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, ER, etc.
- Development and maintenance of HR policies, ensuring accuracy and relevancy to latest legislation and work practices
- Provide guidance and support to the Talent team in hiring and staff retention
- Work closely with the HR Director on strategic projects
Requirements
- 7-10 years experience in Human Resources, team management experience in Professional Services type environment essential
- Relevant third level qualification in HR or related discipline, CIPD qualified
- Strong proficiency and previous experience in systems implementation
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
