Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing a Finance lawyer.

They provide legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital markets participants and investment fund managers. Our client develops globally-minded, entrepreneurial lawyers who are experts in their field and committed to client service. Consistently ranked in the top tier of the leading global legal directories.

Our client advises domestic financial institutions, corporates and real estate developers on a wide range of Irish and International law and taxation matters.

Our client has an opportunity for a finance lawyer to join their Irish practice. Working with a broad client base of Irish and international financial institutions. The successful candidate will be energetic, ambitious and keen to learn and will actively contribute to the growth of this rapidly expanding practice area.

Role Requirements

The finance practice work on a wide variety of transactional work and our client is considered one of the leading global providers. The ideal candidate will have experience working individually and part of a team on a variety of financing transactions including:

• Cross-border finance transactions (CLOs, CDOs, ABS and MBS deals)
• Cross-border securitisations
• Debt capital markets transactions
• Debt offerings
• Management buy-out financings
• Structured products
• Syndicated loans

Candidate Requirements

• An excellent academic track record
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent client facing skills
• Qualified solicitor 1-7 PQE
• Team player (you will typically be working in teams not only with other members of the group but with lawyers in other parts of the firm)

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
