Aperture Partners is working with one of Ireland’s leading law firms in sourcing a Corporate Lawyer.

Our client is consistently chosen to advise on the most significant corporate transactions involving Irish and international companies. Our clients M&A lawyers advise the firm’s global client base on major M&A and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industry sectors, many with an international dimension. They have advised on some of the most significant M&A transactions in recent years, representing some of the world’s largest corporates, financial institutions and international private equity groups.

Role Requirements

We are looking to speak with candidates with Corporate exposure advising on domestic and international corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, private equity, IPOs and other equity capital markets transactions.

Our client offers the successful candidates the opportunity to advance their career and develop their expertise. 

Candidate Requirements

• Commercially focused lawyers 0-3 PQE
• From a top tier or medium sized firm in Dublin or London
• Good communicator, highly credible, with excellent client facing skills
• Strong academic track record

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
