Role

Aperture Partners is working with one of Ireland’s leading law firms in sourcing experienced Commercial Litigators for their dynamic practices. The department have particular expertise in complex, high-value cases heard in the Commercial List of the High Court. The department undertake work with a large international element, often involving cross-border disputes and jurisdictional issues. They also provide clients and international law firms with expertise in all forms of alternative dispute resolution, including international and domestic arbitrations, mediations, conciliations and expert determinations.

• Financial Services (Banking/Insurance & Funds) Litigation
• Fraud & White Collar Crime
• Hospitals & Healthcare (Medical Negligence)

• Property Litigation
• Tax Litigation
• Tribunals of Inquiry

Candidate Requirements?

• 1 - 5 PQE (gained with a top Irish commercial law firm or UK equivalent);
• commercial litigation and dispute resolution practice focus;
• attention to detail;
• excellent drafting skills;
• strong research skills;
• sound judgement and decision-making skills;
• an ability to work under pressure; and
• superb communication and interpersonal skills.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
