Aperture Partners is working with a leading international law firm in sourcing Capital Markets lawyers with 1-4 PQE for their Dublin office.

Role Requirements

Our client global debt capital markets team draws together specialists with onshore and offshore experience who are highly skilled, having worked on large-scale and complex capital markets transactions in both mature and growth markets with leading international law firms.

Our client represents market participants including investors, corporates, financial institutions and insurance companies on the full range of debt capital markets transactions involving our jurisdictions.

Our client advises on all types of debt capital markets transactions including high yield bonds, investment grade bonds, convertible and exchangeable bonds, private placements and sovereign issues.

Candidate Requirements

Commercially focused lawyers 1-4 PQE from a leading corporate law firm.

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
