Role

Our client, a leading based Magic Circle firm and one of the world's leading international banking and finance practices, is currently seeking a number of Banking and Finance Lawyers to join their firm.

Our client acts on many of the financial markets' ground-breaking deals and have become trusted advisers to the corporations and financial institutions that define the global markets. The group consists of a multi-disciplinary team of lawyers drawn from our Finance, Capital Markets, Corporate, Tax, Litigation and Real Estate practices who have unrivaled breadth and depth of experience working with Banks globally.

Role Requirements

We are to speak with candidates who have exposure to the following practice areas:

• Asset Finance
• Corporate & Investment Grade Lending
• Debt & Claims Trading
• Derivatives & Structured Finance
• Financial Regulation
• Fintech
• Islamic Finance
• Leveraged & Acquisition Finance
• Project & Infrastructure Finance
• Real Estate Finance
• Restructuring & Insolvency
• Trade, Commodities & Export Finance

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will be:

• 1-4 PQE
• An ability to work under pressure; and
• Attention to detail
• Excellent drafting skills
• Sound judgement and decision-making skills
• Strong research skills
• Superb communication and interpersonal skills.
• Top tier Irish or UK law firm

Role Remuneration

Market leading salary, commensurate with experience.
