Associate Director - Corporate Finance 

My client, the Corporate Finance division of an leading banking group, is currently recruiting for an Associate Director - Corporate Finance to join their Dublin team. This role will provide an opportunity to join an established team with a significant track record of advising on and structuring transactions at a domestic and international level.

Responsibilities

• Assist client companies in identifying and executing market opportunities
• Work closely with client management teams in developing funding structures (debt and equity)
• On-going development of professional and potential client contacts
• Technical due diligence and business review as required

Requirements

• Strong academic background in a relevant field; finance, accounting, economics, etc.
• Professional level qualification such as CFA or ACA preferred
• Experience advanced financial modeling
• Strong commercial aptitude with a highly entrepreneurial mindset
• Previous experience of advising on an end to end basis of M&A transactions
