GDPR – A Twelve-Step Plan for Employer Compliance
To assist companies with the initial preparation for the changes in the GDPR, the Data Protection Commissioner has prepared an introductory document for companies which lists 12 steps that can be taken now to prepare for the changes expected to come into force in May 2018. In this bulletin we outline what actions employers should take to ensure that their preparations take account of all actions required to bring them into compliance with the new law.
